Vms boxes

Probably after today I will cancel my Verizon Fios after 20 yrs,the vms boxes I received last year are constantly freezing up,even after boxes and vms box was replaced, customer service is horrible and I can't deal with them anymore.i'll probably watch the Superbowl somewhere else since my box is messing up right now,o yea my bill went up 30 Dollars this month
