Could you please have a technician check the tower on Bullard Texas. The 5G connection is extremely weak and you advertise that this area has a strong connection. Could there be an equipment failure. This is a growing area with many customers.

The admins have been suggesting contacting Verizon via one of their social media channels if you have any of those. Or you can try calling, live chat via My Verizon, or using the Contact Us link on either the main website or on the main forum page. There's also a "Check Network Status" link which you can use to see if any tower issues have been reported.
