Like many other testimonies I've read in your community, I have been with Verizon since its beginning. I was a satisfied customer until the past year. I have had issues with connectivity in my own home (in the city limits, tract housing, nothing unusual). I've spent so much time trying to resolve issues. But with no resolution in sight, I am sad to have to leave and go to another provider. I wish the rest of you luck if you have connectivity issues using your phone.
