why offer a promotion to trade in your phone without penalty for a new device then charge a crazy payoff few for the old device? I was never told about this fee throughout my whole upgrading process and would not have done it if I knew extra penalty charges would apply. I feel completely misled and are considering switching providers as soon as possible. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
