I got a notification through Credit Karma that an account got closed and it happen to be my Version card. I've never had issues in the past with payments and I always pay the full amount before it's due. Without any notification to me they closed my account and while asking their AI chat bot on why they stated that 2 dishonest payments were made and the decision was made to close my account. I had issues with my bank due to cards being changed but they were resolved far before any payment we due. I don't understand how that's ground for closure.
