How do I unlock my Kyocera DuraForce PRO
The device unlocking policy states that you have to use the phone on Verizon for at least 60 days and then it will automatically unlock, unless there is some extenuating circumstance such as the phone being reported as stolen.

I've heard of Verizon phones staying locked even after the 60 days because they were bought from a 3rd party retailer and therefore the purchase history doesn't show up in your Verizon account. Since the CSRs aren't using the forums due to private messaging not working properly yet, you could try contacting Verizon via one of their social media channels.
