First tried using my credentials to log on to the account. Kept getting error message. My understanding for disconnected accounts there should be access for up to 6 month after the account is disconnected. I called customer service two weeks ago. Requested my last statement I was told it would be mailed to me and I have not received it. Something so simple should not be this complicated. Please help!
