Kyocera Dura Force Pro 2 not getting voicemail notice

I have a Kyocera Dura Force Pro 2 and I'm not getting voicemail notices. The voicemail app says to "update and subscribe to basic visual voicemail". When I do that I get a message "Sorry, we ran into a problem with your order. please call call customer service". Is there any way to get voicemail notices with the voicemail app or any other way?

With this being an old phone (2018), my suspicion is your Android version is no longer supported and the phone's software can't be upgraded any more either. You would have to use the *86 voicemail only and not any visual voicemail apps.
