Checking here to see if others are noticing a change from QAM to IPTV in their area. I'm in VHO 6.
I listen to Music Choice on a daily basis. I have it outputting from my TiVo to the other rooms via rca cables. I was listening to Music Choice 90's (local channel 1825 in the NE). When I switched to Soft Rock (local channel 1818) I got a message saying the channel is not authorized. (TiVo does require a QAM signal.)
I checked the signal strength and it is ZERO. I have a Fios VMS4100P2 STB so I checked it and the channel opens an IP web page which takes FOREVER to load and shows a graphic that does not even line up with the song that is playing.
Fios has left a few QAM music stations that still load on my TiVo and load instantly on the Fios STB. For example, the Music Channels 90's still show up on channel 1825. And, the STB does have an rca output, so if they shut off all of the Music Choice channels, there is that.
I also saw a message on the Music Choice Channel, and didn't think anything of it at the time, but it says there will be a temporary interruption on 02/16/26.
