I’m new to Verizon and I’m trying to pay my first payment but on the app I don’t see any payment options. Can someone help me

Are you getting any messages about "getting the full Account Owner experience when [something] is activated", or the URL has "guest" in it somewhere when you're logged into My Verizon? Or error messages saying your number can't be linked? If any of these are true, then what happened is you got a guest account in My Verizon instead of an actual one and will need to re-register for a new My Verizon account as if you hadn't ever had one. Otherwise, paying your mobile bill via the My Verizon app is a matter of logging in, then Home > Bills > Pay Bill.
If you only just signed up with Verizon, your first bill takes a few days to generate, so if you don't see anything in your account yet, wait a little longer.
