I have had two techs out to my house over the last 3 weeks. They both were at the house for a couple of hours and worked diligently to fix the problems. They swapped all of the boxes, rewired the connections outside the house. I am getting pixelation & intermittent freezing on two channels and one channel is “unavailable” and I am subscribed to it. I have to keep following up w/the tech w/no fix. So my question is if I want reliable TV and internet service, do I need to cancel Fios and move to Xfinity?
