Is anyone one else having an issue with Verizon Dollars not accumulating? I have had an issue for at least the last 2 months where my Verizon Dollars amount reflects $23.85 even though my Verizon Visa statement says I have accumulated additional points. And when I try to redeem the $23.85, it says I have $0 Verizon Dollars redeemable.
I have contacted Verizon several times on this issue beginning on Jan 4th. They have directed me to Visa Credit Card around 6 times, and they direct me right back to Verizon. Verizon reps have said this issue was with the technical team and I would be contacted within 5 business days. No one has contacted me. Other times, my call "mysteriously dropped" and no one called me back. Just today, have spoken to 2 reps and the call "dropped" without a call back. I spoke to another rep to transferred me to a supervisor, and after speaking to the supervisor, that call "dropped" and no one called me back.
I am now on a call with both Verizon and Visa and no one knows what to do. Anyone else see anything like this? I am beyond frustrated!!!
