Can the community site create a SPECIFIC top level topic for Manage DVR ?

This is my very first post. On a support chat today with the BEST support person at Verizon, I asked her for the best place to submit feedback on the "Manage DVR module" and she gave me a link to the community forum. I have been a software developer for over 45 years and a TiVo user for over 20 years and the TiVo user interface is superior. Now that the cable card in my TiVo will soon be rendered useless, I broke down and ordered Fios TV+, enhanced DVR, etc. So far, I am underwhelmed, but I am hopeful to get a direct line to make suggestions for improvement.

My FIRST suggestion is to get a DVR module top level topic in the forum for everyone to have access to. Then we can really get down to business.

I followed the same process as you (switching from Tivo to Fios TV+). Tivo was easier to use and had better functionality than this new Fios+. Plus, I did not want a Bluetooth remote but had no choice. And the remote is small with less options than previously. The new setting are limited. I used to be able to change the Guide’s appearance, jump hours and days ahead in the Guide, and customize Closed Captioning. These features are now gone. Not a happy situation!

The Fios+ TV cost is somewhat reasonable, but as usual, they seem to spend most of their time asking me to upgrade and trying to get me to buy more options.

And where is the 2026 User Manual for this new Guide and Bluetooth system?

Does anyone have anythoughts on these matters? Is there a better TV streaming option available (maybe DirectTV Stream?)?
