Unable to claim an upgrade offer

I have 2 lines with an offer that says “Let us pay off your phone. We'll pay off your current phone and give you a new phone on us, when you upgrade.” and in details it reads “New Device payment purchase w/ upgrade smartphone line on any plan req'd. Device purchase on 36 month device payment; 0% APR. Can be combined with other offer equipment discounts.Upgrades only. Limited Time Offer. Offer valid on smartphone upgrades only.” When i click on it brings me to the shop page with no such offer available. I’ve tried dealing with this over the phone and no one has been able to help. How do i claim this offer? I would love to upgrade these 2 lines with free devices AND for verizon to pay the remaining balance for free too with no trade in required. No where does it say i have to trade in the device, send it back, or anything of the sort. please help

Are you using an older plan which is not currently available to new customers? If it's something other than Unlimited Welcome, Unlimited Plus, or Unlimited Ultimate, then you can't get any promotions unless you first change your service plan to something current. The bot which sends out the ads isn't very specific. Another reason why you may not be able to redeem a promo is if you're already getting some other type of discount like a job-related one or on the 55+ plan offered in Florida…discounts/promotions can't be stacked and if you try to do so, it voids your first deal.
