I bought my daughter a new phone for Christmas. I went to turn in the old phone and was sold on a BYOD+ program. I was told I could keep the phone for no charge as long as I added a new line to my account to add to the phone. I did this. My bill this month showed a $415 charge for the phone. I called and was told I would get a new bill in 72 hours with the fee removed. Nothing. I chatted with a rep and was again told I would not be charged. Guess what this morning they auto drafted over $675 from my account. I called and have gotten the run around all day. I have filed a complaint with the FCC.
