I'm trying to log in from my phone to verizon.com and the Verizon app. After I enter my username and password, it asks me to enter my secret answer. I enter it, and it gives me an error saying the answer is incorrect. I go to "forgot answer," change my answer, and the error persists. My brother tried logging in, and he gets the same error. It seems the problem isn't with my account; it's with the website.
