I received a new iPhone 17 on January 13th that I ordered Dec 26th. I noticed today the back cover was bulged out and my phone went from 100% to 19% in 6hrs. Would I be better off taking this to a Verizon store or an apple store? My nearest apple store is an hour and 30 mins away and Verizon is 20mins. Would I get a new phone or will it be refurbished? Thanks
