- On step 5#, it says, "Press the button to the right of the display to view additional Device Display and Status info." while the linked KB article on Verizon.com states "Press the button below the display to cycle through the following info:" Both of these directions are factually incorrect for the Askey LTE Network Extender (ASK-SFE116) which is depicted in the images. The correct location of the display button is on the left side panel and is described in the User Guide here: https://scache.vzw.com/dam/support/pdf/user_guide/verizon-lte-network-extender-user-guide
- Step #7 a. link for 'HD Voice' KB redirects to a page for no longer supported devices (KB was for the Samsung 4G LTE Network Extender 2 SLS-BU10B which isn't even listed)
Overall, there is no fact checking when these KB articles are written or edited. Verizon.com KB's contain incorrect or missing details pertaining to the LTE Network Extender. The Askey has been out since 2020. Feedback ('Was this helpful?') was left on those respective pages, but nothing has been corrected to date.
