I haven't been able to ever connect my service to My Verizon since getting service. If I call, they tell me I need to go to a store. At the store, they gave me my accounts associated phone number and I tried to link the service. I was sent a "verification code" by mail and the code is literally "." and does NOT DO ANYTHING. So where do I have to go to be able to connect and get any sort of ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ACTUALLY FIX MY PROBLEM OF NEVER BEING ABLE TO CONNECT MY SERVICE TO YOUR TERRIBLE APP. It should not be this hard.
