I'm having a problem I can't figure out. I recently switched to Verizon. When calling my friend (who also has Verizon) the connection is crystal clear for 5-6 minutes, and then he can no longer hear me. It's as if I'm muted, but I can still hear him clearly. My phone is not muted and switching to speaker phone does not help. There is no static or cutting out, he just can't hear me. The call does not drop. Hanging up and calling back fixes the problem for another 5-6 minutes until it happens again. Thinking my phone had a problem (Samsung A53 5G) I replaced it with a NOS Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra because I read it has a good reputation for working well with weak signals (I get 1 bar). The new phone did not help. It's exactly the same. Thinking it was my friends phone, he switched his older IPhone out for a newer IPhone. That was no help either, and we still have the exact same problem. Help please!
