I changed my Home Router from 4G LTE to a 5G router both from Verizon. I followed the instructions and called before turning on the modem. The router setup up and connected. I see the right information about the router IMEI, phone number, etc. in My Verizon. When I go to Home Internet in My Verizon or Verizon Home, they seem to be trying to address the router as the old router type even though all of the information got updated. Going through the chat is painful because neither the AI nor the chat reps understand and has not gotten the problem resolved. Any help here would be great!
