so it says my free trial is activated but it’s not working what do I do?
If you are already a Verizon customer in some capacity, or are a customer of one of Verizon's subsidiaries such as Visible, Total Wireless, Tracfone, or Family Mobile, then you cannot use the free trial. Someone else asked about this recently and it turned out they were using one of the abovementioned carriers. Verizon operates a number of brands under their prepaid side of the company, so that's not an inclusive list. Other things which can cause this problem are if your phone is locked to another carrier or doesn't support dual SIM/eSIM.
