I have a Verizon Orbic Hotspot and have recently replaced the battery after the previous battery not holding a charge and getting too hot. The brand new battery is NEW, but over the last 3 weeks, the hotspot will only hold 1/4 battery life before it has to be plugged back in in order for the device to work. I have performed a factory reset. In order to use the hotspot that I pay for monthly, it has to be plugged in at all times. Now when I unplug it to take it to another part of my house, it goes to the red exclamation point before turning off. I need this to be troubleshooted as I have already complained, and reported and the next step is to close my Verizon account and go to another carrier.
