Requesting support as I am experiencing the same DNS propagation issue with my API endpoint at https://api.surefiredynamics.com. The issue appears to be isolated to the Northeast region and has persisted for several days.
Based on my investigation, Verizon appears to be the only carrier affected. I am happy to provide detailed evidence of the issue via private channel to Verizon Support.
This is actively impacting my customers, so a timely resolution is critical.
For additional context: I am a software engineer by profession. I have ruled out VPN interference and other client-side factors. I have contacted support multiple times and have unfortunately not been connected with the appropriate team to address this. I would respectfully request escalation to a network engineer (L3 or above) who can conduct a targeted investigation.
