on 11/28/2025 my wife upgraded to an iPhone 17. We paid off the remaining balance of the iPhone 14. The trade in value of the iPhone 14 was valued at $160. I received an email from Verizon on 12/10/25 stating they received the phone (turned in at store). On my most recent bill 1/22 to 2/21/26 the trade in value of $160 is being added back into my account.
I’ve called Verizon billing 3 times, with no success. How can I email the Verizon executive in charge of customer support?
Can someone at Verizon reach out to me, and try to resolve this?
