I have had the worst customer service experience in my life dealing with Verizon.
I initially ordered to iPhone 17’s. About 2 hrs after I placed the order I realized that I put in an old address so I contacted support to see if the shipping address for that order could be changed . They assured me that the shipping address would be changed and the order is still on its way. I call them the next day to once again confirm that there were no issues and that my shipping address was indeed changed and they confirmed that it was. The next day I get an email from Verizon stating there is an issue with my order, so I call them and ask them if my order is still on track and they say yes it is.
The date that my order is supposed to be at my door , it never arrives. I check tracking and it says “returned to sender” at FORT WORTH TEXAS. I don’t live in Texas or anywhere near Texas. So obviously Verizon sent the phones back.
I contact support via chat that day, and they give me the run around for 2 hours. Nobody knows what’s going on. Then they tell me it will take a few days to investigate.
At this point im extremely upset. I paid for 2 new iPhone 17’s and Verizon screwed up my order and sent them back so now they make me wait an extremely long time so they can investigate a situation that they themselves caused!
So I call and speak to a live agent. She says they will re send the phones out and it will take about 24hrs for me to be able to access tracking. Over 24hrs later …. No tracking for the new order is available, just the tracking for the old order. I call yet AGAIN and speak to a live agent, she has no clue what’s going on. She gives me a tracking number but it is for the initial order that was sent to Fort Worth Texas. I tell her no this is the old one and it’s not showing me any info regarding this new order. She then tells me that it will be the same tracking number as the initial order and that my phone should be arriving in one to two days.
I am not convinced that they even sent the phones out again because when I check tracking it has not updated at all, I still see the initial order which was delivered to Fort Worth Texas. Verizon has taken my money, returned the product that I paid for back to them. Nobody can come up with a quick resolution to this problem that they caused. Verizon wireless does not value their customers.
