I’m reaching out to share some feedback regarding Tech Coach, Ross, whom I spoke with on 2/27/2026 around 6:30 PM EST. During our call, I became frustrated and hung up on him mid-sentence. After further research, I realized he was 100% correct - my issue was related to a landline, just as he said. I’d like to sincerely apologize for my reaction. He was professional and accurate, and I want to make sure his supervisor knows he handled the situation perfectly despite my frustration. My Tech Coach deserved better.
