Is there a way to talk to someone of higher authority at Verizon? I have spent over 10 hours on the phone and chatting with Verizon customer service and nobody has a clue what they are doing. My bill hasn't been right for 6 months and still is it. I get told one thing and then in two weeks my bill changes and I end up getting charged even more. Nobody at Verizon appears to want to help. Been a customer for 22 years, but this might be the last year. Also how would I go about filing a complaint with the BBB?
