Are there ways and options to activate Verizon Forward program in My Verizon app or website. Before receiving router/modem and internet plan arrives in the mail?
I don't know, but have you tried contacting Verizon via one of their social media channels to ask? The CSRs aren't currently using the forums because there are things still being worked on in the background, so it might be a while before any of them check in here.
