my VSee wont download a couple of the contents it is saying I need to reduce my settings on my internet but I do t know how. Do I need a router
You'll have to provide a few more details about how your internet service is working before someone can provide input. I'm wondering if your device only wants to download over the 2.4 GHz connection and not 5 GHz, or there's an IPv6 conflict and you need to switch to the older IPv4.
