Can someone help with paying off my current phone to upgrade to the new Samsung S26+?

Hi there, I would like to take advantage of the offers and upgrade my phone but I have a small balance left on my Samsung S24+ and was wondering if Verizon would help me cover this so I can take advantage of the upgrade offer. I've been a loyal member for almost 10 years, always paid the bill on time and also have fios.

Is there anyone who can help me to who can I speak to about this.

You can try messaging Verizon on one of their social media channels, as I've heard the CS there is pretty good. But other than the promo which some people get when they're 18 months in on a contract to pay off the remaining balance on their old phone and start a new contract with a new phone (it's like getting a new phone for ~50% off), I personally haven't heard of any other promotions you could take advantage of. The "18 months in" deal also has to be done right at the halfway point of the old contract too from what I've read. If you're past 18 months, no longer eligible.
