Verizon mobile 300 dollars rebate card never received

I did three mobile lines transfer from T-Mobile to Verizon mobile on 12/18/2025. Several Verizon agents promised and marked I should be rewarded $ 300 Verizon gift card because I am new customer. But I never receive any promo code by email or my offer app until today.

is any Verizon guy can resolve for me now? Thanks
