15+ year Fios customer who is finding it impossible to link my account on the My Verizon app. I cannot view any of my billing statements, or look at my account information for the purpose of an upgrade. Every attempt to chat online results in the session timing out or telling me that I am already registered. Very frustrating and feel like I’m a dog chasing my tail right now.
How can we connect with a human to resolve this?
