This past December we switched from ATT to Verizon with their deals including $300 gift card per line. I went through their online service as I was speaking to their customer service I emphasized that we want to make sure the $300/line was part of the deal.
I got a lot of yeah, that’s correct, don’t worry…
3 months later I don’t get $1.
I reached out to customer service and they said, “sorry it doesn’t look like they added that promotion” but for your trouble we’ll give $100 credit. WHAT!? So we get $100 when we should have gotten much more.
I’m so disappointed. If they can’t keep their word with this, what else will they go back on?
We’re looking at switching to a different carrier now.
