Kyle installed Fios at my home in Bethesda, MD between approximately 4:15 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. EST. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and demonstrated exceptional patience, integrity, and professionalism throughout the installation.
Harper is an agent in the Fios Messaging chatroom. Before she joined the conversation, I had been transferred from one agent to another throughout the night because several agents were unfamiliar with how to resolve my issue. Once Harper entered the chat, everything changed. I was deeply impressed by her skillful and knowledgeable problem-solving ability. She patiently and effectively guided me step by step through the process of applying for a discount. Her questions were concise and purposeful, she never asked unnecessary questions. She resolved my issue quickly and saved me a great deal of time. Her professional attitude is absolutely impeccable.
