I feel like I'm getting the run around and especially concerned after reading so many reviews about getting Promo Gift Cards, I did most everything via the internet and was promised $200.00 per lines that I switched over which was 3 so I was promised $600.00 in Gift Cards. At first I was given a code and told to go to this www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com to activate it and it would take about 5-7 days. Well that time elapsed and kept getting "codes doesn't match" so I called and spoke with someone and they walked me through the process, which changed they said an email would arrive and give it another week, well guess what NOTHING, so I called again and this time they said it would actually take a couple of weeks but if I haven't received anything by March 7th to contact them AGAIN. Well it's 1 day till March 7th and it looks like I'm going to have to contact them AGAIN. This is getting VERY FRUSTRATING and makes me what to switch carriers. I was with AT&T and it was a pure nightmare switching from them. So IF this doesn't get resolved my next couple of calls will be to the BBB and then to T-Mobile.
