I've been with Verizon for 25 years. Lately I'm getting offers from T-Mobile and Xfinity to switch to them and receive free iPhone 17Pro.
Two lines from my account are eligible for upgrade. I tried to give Verizon a chance to retain me as a client. First call resulted with a offer that I will get two new free iPhones 17Pro, I could go to a Verizon store and pick them up. No changes to my plan.
The employees from the store had no idea, there were no notes in the system.
I called a second time, even talked to a supervisor, this time they said there is nothing they can do!
To me it looks like Verizon is more focused on getting new customers instead of trying to keep the ones they have. Sad! Not the best policy! Disappointed!
