I recently switched off of Verizon to a new carrier but I had a phone and a tablet on Verizon I was paying both off. I paid my phone off in entirety but not my tablet but kept both numbers when I switched, now I can’t login to see how much I need to pay on the tablet what do I do? Any help?

Hi, you're supposed to be able to login to My Verizon for up to 6 months after leaving, if you use the User ID associated with the My Verizon account, and not the phone number. Your User ID is not necessarily the same as your forum username. If you forgot the User ID, try this link:

Your last bills will generate at what would have been the end of your billing cycle, were you still a customer. However, when there are device payoffs involved, I've read posts elsewhere in the forums saying that your first "last bill" will be just for the last month of service. Then, about 2 months after leaving, you get a "final bill" showing any device payoffs due.

Employees at corporate (not 3rd party) Verizon stores can print paper copies of your bills for you, assuming said bills have generated. But they should also be snail mailed to former customers.
