At hte time of signing up for my Verizon service, I was informed that I would receive both a Nintendo Switch and a $200 Verizon gift card as part of the promotion. I have already received the Nintendo device, however the $200 gift card has not been received.
The instructions indicated that the gift card would arrive within 5–7 days, and that timeframe has already passed. I have checked both my email and physical mail and have not received anything.
Could someone please advise who I should contact or where I should check to locate or redeem the $200 gift card associated with this promotion?
