Gift Card??

Question

At hte time of signing up for my Verizon service, I was informed that I would receive both a Nintendo Switch and a $200 Verizon gift card as part of the promotion. I have already received the Nintendo device, however the $200 gift card has not been received.

The instructions indicated that the gift card would arrive within 5–7 days, and that timeframe has already passed. I have checked both my email and physical mail and have not received anything.

Could someone please advise who I should contact or where I should check to locate or redeem the $200 gift card associated with this promotion?

No, it was both. Have the internet 1GB for more than 90 days get the switch and $200. I had to sign up for the gift card too and have the mail. I think Verizon is giving its typical run around

A lot of times, these things are an "either/or" situation.  If you got the Nintendo Switch, then you can't get the gift card too.  Or else, the $200 gift card is the "switcher rebate" promo, in which case discounts and promotions are not stackable since you opted for the Nintendo promo.
