Hi, first of all, I'd change your username by going to your profile and editing it, because your current one is a privacy/spam risk.
The CSRs are unfortunately unable to use the forums currently, but it's being worked on. The other ways to contact a Verizon rep are through one of their social media channels, looking up contact information under the "Contact Us" link at the top of the forum page, or if you've successfully registered your account on My Verizon, to use the live chat option there.
