Hi, you need to contact Porting at 888-844-7095, or visit a Verizon store to have your number brought to Verizon, if you are currently with another carrier. You will also need a valid ID, your account number from your current carrier, and a transfer PIN from them. If you are bringing your own phone, make sure the phone is unlocked.
If you do not have a phone number at all and just want to sign up for service, go to a Verizon store and they'll be happy to set you up.
