i saw where lots of people do not get the promotion of paying for old device. I tried like 5 times and never got it and they all said i qualified. i tried post on another post but could not figure out where. it has gone against my credit and i need the card, i do not feel like putting any more time in on it, ive been diagnosed with cancer. i suppose that is what they do is keep putting people off until they give up and that is just not right.
