I have the RCS Waiting for Activation issue on one of our iPhones. Spent a few hours trying to fix it at the store and over the phone with a tech. They sent me a new iPhone but it wasn't "brand new" - it was "refurbished." The refurbished phone now has the same issue as the original phone. What is going on?
