I just called to trade in my husband's paid off iphone to see what it costs. I said, no plan changes.
I was told he could get the new iphone for a ONE TIME PAYMENT of the taxes owed. When I signed online it said ONE TIME PAYMENT.
They valued his iphone for more then the purchase price of new phone. Awesome I was thinking.
ITS NOT A ONE TIME PAYMENT. its 36 months of payments while it is being credited each month by the trade in. Now , I won't get that full amount back if I leave Verizon but they will demand full payment of new iphone without giving me full value of trade in.
How is that then a ONE TIME PAYMENT? I could have traded in at best buy and gotten full value.
