I've been trying to add my son as an account manager but the app won't let me enter the email. I click add without the email but nothing happens.
Is this a prepaid or postpaid account, and is it a personal or business one? When I did a bit of checking on the website, a few things popped up which may be the cause of the problem:
-your son needs to have a mobile line in the group account you own
-adding account managers needs to be done by the Account Owner on a PC while logged into My Verizon, not the app
-the maximum number of Account Managers on a group account is 6
Your son is able to request Account Manager access via the app if he is able to login to the group account independently, but the Account Owner must still review and approve the request via the website version of My Verizon as far as I can tell.
