i’ve been with you for 14 months Verizon and it has been a total nightmare

14 months been unable to upgrade. Seven months took 1300 from card when you realize 1000 of it didn’t belong to you. You gave me a small portion back and put almost 800 as credit only to be used to pay my bill, which is ridiculous. Now because of how slow it took you to give me my back the like it was being paid late and I’ve been unable to even though I have paid you every single month I have made 90 phone calls been half the time. I’ve asked to speak to corporate yet here I am.
OnOn top of that, they put $1000 back onto five months later like I still owed shut my service made me pay a reconnection fee only to find out that they made the mistake once again and now I’m being told I was on a six-month timeout for the mistake that you guys made and it couldn’t be removed so I was cash only again your fault not mine and I’m being told because of the late payments I cannot upgrade because my credit limit went down with you guys in 14 months with a paid for device
