I’m sorry I upgraded….my new iPhone 17 is not receiving text alerts. I have checked to make sure all notifications are on. Will only alert when phone is open. Very frustrating to not hear when a text is coming in. Anyone else have or had same issue?
Have you tried any troubleshooting on the new iPhone? My suggestion would be to use a search engine on "iPhone not getting texts", as several things to try will come up. If it is simply short code texts you are not receiving, that's because you need to enable SMS texting on the new phone.
