Out of region Carrier locked

"Hello @VerizonSupport, I am an international user from Pakistan and I have a Motorola Edge Plus that is currently carrier-locked to Verizon. I bought this device as a second-hand unit and don't have an active Verizon account. Since I am outside the US, I cannot use it with my local SIM. Could you please help me unlock this device so I can use it globally?

Hi, I hate to tell you this, but you've been burned. This is a very common problem with phones purchased second hand from small vendors because phones with shady histories are often dumped overseas. You need to get a refund from the seller if at all possible. If the seller has disappeared, then the only thing you can do is find a recycling center who would be interested in buying the phone for parts.
