why is usage not showing on any numbers , except the owners
Did you try picking one of the other numbers in the account before looking up the usage log? If that still doesn't bring up the logs for the other numbers, then my guess is it's the random glitch which makes the logs go AWOL for some time. If you want to ask someone with Verizon concerning it, your best bet would be to contact Verizon via one of their social media channels if you have any social media. Otherwise, use the "contact us" link at the top of the forum page, or live chat through My Verizon.
