password works on my verizon on desktop, but mobile app won't accept it ????
Hi, the CSRs aren't currently able to use these forums due to ongoing background work in progress. That's pretty strange you can't login to the My Verizon app. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? I would suggest contacting Verizon via one of their social media channels if you have any social media. If you don't have social media, try either the "contact us" link at the top of the forum page, or use live chat while logged into My Verizon on a computer.
